Cory Ryan Clayton II, 19, died on Nov. 27, 2024, at his home in Copperas Cove.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Fellowship Church in Lampasas at 1 p.m. on Dec. 12. Following the service, the family will greet friends and relatives at The Creekside Inn, 1177 County Rd 3010 in Lampasas.
Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas has charge of arrangements.
Ryan was born on July 1, 2005, in Killeen to Cory Ryan and Rebecca Saruse Clayton.
He got to experience many magnificent places and people, being the eldest son in a military family. He was a high school senior with a drive to serve people and be a voice for the oppressed. His family said the strength he displayed serves as an inspiration to those who face battles every day. His smile left an impact on those who had the honor to experience it.
Ryan is survived by his father and mother, Cory and Rebecca; brothers Michael, Brydan, Chase and Samuel; and his sister, McKenzie, all from Lampasas.
