Charles “Charlie” Russell Fields, 64, died on June 8, 2024, at his home in Lampasas.
Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery on June 29 at 11 a.m., with a lunch to follow at the Lampasas VFW.
Sneed-Funeral Chapel has charge of arrangements.
Charlie was born July 30, 1959, in El Paso to Jasper Mike and Mittie Ellen (Warren) Fields.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers Donald Ray Fields and Allen Theodore Fields.
Charlie is survived by his spouse, Anita (Doyle) Fields of Lampasas; brothers David Leroy Fields of Longview, and Johnny Mike Fields, Billie Fields, Robert Lynn “Bobby” Fields and Jasper Kennith Fields, all of Lampasas; sisters Elizabeth Ellen Hamill, Betty May Fields, Lynda Joyce Kirkham, Rosa Yvonne O’Keefe and Nancy Louise Falk, all of Lampasas, and Deborah Sue Wiles of Kempner; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
