Softball season comes to a close after playoff loss to Robinson

Through its two games last week, the Lady Badgers couldn’t keep pace with the bats of Waco Robinson in the bi-district round of the playoffs.
In game one on Thursday, Lampasas played well and held a 5-3 lead at the end of the first two innings after an Aspen Wheeler two-run home run. In the late innings, however, the Robinson bats came to life, and they beat the Lady Badgers 11-6.
