Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant David Scott Barczi of Lampasas received five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. He was given credit for time already served, and Barczi was found to be indigent.
