A meet-and-greet barbecue has been scheduled in Lometa for Lampasas County sheriff candidate David Parker.
The event is set for Feb. 10 from noon to 6 p.m. at 201 Olive St. Parker, a Republican candidate in the election for sheriff, will be present to meet citizens and answer questions.
