Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Cody Coleman Driver of Copperas Cove was sentenced to 12 months in state jail on a charge of theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Driver received credit for time already served. No court costs will be assessed.
