The city of Lampasas issued a notice of a water leak as of Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. affecting homes on several county roads within city limits.
“We have a water leak affecting homes on the following county roads; 3400, 1045, 1048, 1049, 1050, East 580, and Kathy Lane. We apologize for the outage, but please bear with us as crews are diligently working to repair the leak and restore water service,” officials said in a statement.
Lampasas city officials also anticipate a boil water notice following the repair.
“When water service has been restored, please boil your water before use,” officials said.
