The Lampasas High School cheerleaders competed in the UIL Spirit State Championships last weekend at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
After competing in the preliminary round Friday morning, the team was announced as one of the top 20 and got the opportunity to compete in the championship round that evening, according to coach Shannon Lindsey.
