The Lampasas Middle School basketball teams took on Jarrell last Thursday, and they finished 6-2 in eight games.
For the girls, the eighthgrade “A” team won an exciting game, 36-31. Khali Castenada led the team with 15 points. Kari Kepler scored 10, Emory Vineyard finished with five points, and Tenley Langford, Kinzy Roscoe and Lainey Dixon all finished with two points each.
