    The Lampasas community has been awarded the top award from the area American Red Cross for its blood drive efforts in 2022. Blood drive coordinator Wanda Lang attended the Central and South Texas Region Blood Program Leader Recognition Ceremony Oct. 26 in Austin, where Lampasas received the Gold Award.
