Although mainline repairs in the Kempner Water Supply Corp. system were completed late Tuesday night, the long process of repressurizing lines left many in Lampasas County without proper water flow until Thursday morning.
Repairs to a valve in a 30-inch water main in the area of Boys Ranch Road were completed at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
