Badgers hosting Burnet to start five-game district schedule

The Lampasas Badgers had last week off with their bye, but they are ready to be back in action tonight. They play host to the Burnet Bulldogs on Badger Field to begin district action.
Lampasas played through its non-district schedule at 4-1 with wins over Elgin, Northeast Early College High School, Georgetown East View and Pflugerville Connally. The lone loss came to state-ranked Wimberley.
