David Tobias Bland, 63, of Lampasas died on July 2, 2023, in Killeen.
Services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on July 13 at 2 p.m., with a visitation an hour prior. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
David was born on May 2, 1960, to Henry Nelson Bland and Joyce Yvone (Arms) Bland.
He was preceded in death by his father, his grandparents and sisters Theresa and Janice.
Survivors include his mother, Joyce Heiney; daughter, Amanda Turner; brothers Henry Nelson Bland Jr. and Johnny Lamar Bland; three grandsons; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
