A Cameron police officer killed in the line of duty last week is survived by a wife native to Lampasas.
Cameron Police Sgt. Joshua Clouse was shot last May 10 while responded to a reported shooting in Cameron and later succumbed to his wounds. His wife, Stephanie Fortner Clouse, is a 2003 graduate of Lampasas High School. A fund-raiser has been set up to support her and the couple’s two sons.
