Commissioners Court has worked on 70-page document since January

It has been close to 15 years since Lampasas County adopted an updated subdivision ordinance, County Judge Randy Hoyer told the Dispatch Record.
Since January, the Lampasas County Commissioners Court has held monthly talks to go over its new subdivision regulations, prepared to aid in development “and provide guidelines which will lead to a desirable environment,” according to the proposed draft.
