In early 2022, United Airlines will stop flying to 11 U.S. cities, including the Killeen-Fort Hood area.
United Airlines announced last week it will suspend service to the Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport effective Jan. 4.
A United Airlines representative said many factors went into making the decision, and the airline has determined that these routes are not sustainable “for the long term.”
