Officials are not ruling out foul play concerning a house fire that occurred late Tuesday evening.
Lampasas Fire Marshal Ronnie Withers said his department met with Kempner Fire Department around 10:15 p.m. in the 500 block of County Road 4390 to battle a structure fire. The fire was contained shortly after 2 a.m. Wednesday.
