Registration for the Toughest 10K in Texas, the 5K and onemile run will take place at Bozarth-Fowler Gym, next to the middle school campus. The 10K route, shown at right, will head west along First Street, jog over a few blocks to West Avenue B (County Road 1025, and then loop back on CR 1020 before using Willis and West Sixth streets to finish up. The Toughest 10K in Texas, 5K and 1-mile run are just around the corner, and competitors from around the state are expected to show up July 13 to participate in the Spring Ho event.
The races are hosted by the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce. Event proceeds go back into the Lampasas community.
