How fast can a tot toddle, if the tot’s toddling with other tots? Answers to this riddle will be served on the day of the Spring Ho Festival Diaper Derby, a long-held toddler racing competition and familyfavorite event.
The competition is open to babies from infancy to 24 months old and will be held at 8:30 a.m., July 12 in front of the courthouse bandstand.
