In this photograph, taken on the north side of the pedestrian bridge in W.M. Brook Park, a goose seemingly surveys the scene of fast-moving waters in Sulphur Creek. Weather tracker video crews from area television stations converged on the local recreational site to document the high waters. Parts of the city recorded 5 to 7 inches of rainfall over the Fourth of July weekend....
