A Lampasas man was indicted last week on charges of sexual crimes against children.
Michael Joseph Smith, 37, was indicted by a grand jury in the 27th District Court of Lampasas County on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a firstdegree felony, and indecency with a child by sexual contact, a seconddegree felony. This indictment also carries a repeat offender notice.
