Lampasas County sheriff deputies assisted in apprehending a man suspected of burglary and discharging a firearm in Copperas Cove last week.
On July 28 at 7:51 a.m., Copperas Cove police responded to a report of shots fired in the 600 block of South 23rd Street. Upon their arrival, witnesses reporteda man had entered ahome, exited and then fired two rounds into the house.
