Kenneth Dale Henry, 91, died on July 8, 2023, at his home in Kerrville. Henry had been an administrator for the city of Lampasas in the 1970s.
Services will be July 17 at 10:30 a.m. at Pompey Mountain Church in Mills County. Burial will follow at Duren Cemetery. Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas has charge of arrangements.
