    The crowning of the Riata Roundup Rodeo Queen and her court will take place Friday at 7:30 p.m. before the rodeo competition begins.

    Festivities will be held at the 580 Sports Complex.

    The riata is sponsored by the Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce.
