The Lampasas city staff and City Council members held a discussion during their workshop meeting Monday where they laid out their thoughts about the joint meeting with the Kempner Water Supply Corp. held a couple of weeks ago.
Stephen Sewell, the city’s public works director, stood in front of the council to address some questions and concerns that have arisen after that joint session.
