After enduring two years of severe drought conditions, Lampasas County hay producers have seen timely rains create much better growing conditions for their crop in 2024. The hay in this field between Nix and Bend was baled last week before more moisture arrived in the area. A third cutting could be in the offing if conditions remain favorable....
