O’Neal offers presentation on ’Miracle at San Jacinto’

    The Lampasas County Historical Commission and Oran Milo Roberts Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas co-hosted a presentation April 7 by Dr. Bill O’Neal on “The Miracle at San Jacinto.”
