Lampasas dodged the worst of Monday and Tuesday’s severe weather, while Burnet County took a harder hit from storm winds. Prominent buildings in Bertram were leveled by winds that peaked around 75 mph, according to National Weather Service Warning Coordination Meteorologist Paul Yura.
