A 24-year-old Lampasas man was arrested Monday on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, after he entered a plea agreement on similar charges in January.
Zachary Austin Kelley turned himself in to the Lampasas County Sheriff’s Office Monday. He was booked on the firstdegree felony just before 8 a.m. that morning.
