The public is invited to the Lometa Independent School District’s Veterans Day ceremony Nov. 11 from 10-11 a.m. in the school’s new gymnasium.
The Lometa Rangers student honor guard will post the colors, and there will be a student-led invocation.
The keynote speaker will be former county commissioner Lowell Ivey.
Elementary students will lead the Pledge of Allegiance and a musical tribute.
