Lometa-area residents who receive water and wastewater service from what was previously Corix Utilities-Texas are now officially customers of Texas Water Utilities.
The operational merger took effect in July. Customers began receiving notices earlier this month informing them that Corix Texas operations have combined with Texas Water Utilities under the TWU name and brand.
