Lampasas and Kempner city officials joined with leaders from Fort Hood and neighboring cities on Thursday to work toward making Central Texas a “sustainable community.”
The city of Harker Heights hosted the Cen-Tex Sustainable Communities Partnership Environmental Ambassador Awards, an annual proclamation signing for Sustainable Environment Month, at Carl Levin Park.
