Lampasas, Kempner Water Supply lawsuit pushed to state supreme court

A lawsuit from Central Texas Regional Water Supply Corp. against Kempner Water Supply Corp. was pushed to the Texas Supreme Court in mid-June and awaits a potential hearing, officials said.
Delores Coberley, KWSC general manager, said the corporation is waiting to hear whether the Supreme Court will hear the appeal.
