The Lampasas City Council approved two projects that will upgrade electrical equipment at two substations in the city.
During a council meeting June 13, Assistant City Manager Ryan Ward presented a formerly approved project so the council could acknowledge and OK a significant rise in price. He also presented a secondary upgrade. Council members approved both projects unanimously.
