The city of Copperas Cove announced Thursday that Scot Mullican is the city’s new director of information technology.
The Kempner resident began his post June 14.
He replaces Terry Gearhart, who was with the city for one year but “resigned to enjoy his retirement,” Copperas Cove public relations director Kevin Keller told Dispatch Record.
