Kempner City Manager David C. Williams II has reported “healthy” finance projections as of the six-month mark in Fiscal Year 2022.
During a presentation at last week’s City Council meeting, Williams gave a departmental breakdown and said overall each department “has not spent more than 50 percent of their budgets.”
