Kempner plans quadranscentennial birthday celebration

    The city of Kempner will celebrate the 25th anniversary of its incorporation on Aug. 6.

    The quadranscentennial birthday celebration will be held from 1-3 p.m. at Kempner City Hall.

    Municipal Court Judge and Kempner Birthday Celebration committee chairman Gene Isenhour described the event as a homecoming or a founders’ day.
