A Harker Heights man was indicted on a first-degree felony drug charge this month after the initial dismissal of his charge in June.
Darryl Thomas Richards, 56, was indicted Nov. 8 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver with a habitual felony offender’s notice. He initially was charged in May, however, the case was dismissed due to his hospitalization.
