Lampasas County grand jury convened Wednesday to continue the January term.
Sgt. Investigator Garrett Bradley of the Lampasas Police Department presented information that resulted in two indictments: Harold Milton Simmons on a charge of theft involving an elderly person on June 29, 2023.
Christopher Wade Hopkins on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger on Feb. 14, 2025.
