    This weekend could be a great time to stay inside as temperatures are set to drop into the teens and possibly single digits, with winter precipitation that could include freezing rain and snow, according to the National Weather Service.An Extreme Cold Watch is in effect from Saturday through Monday, and a Winter Storm Watch is in effect from Friday through Sunday, the NWS website shows....
