1¾ cups sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 cup instant oatmeal
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup pecan pieces (optional)
