Fire damages Lometa school room; house burns in separate blaze

Lampasas Fire Marshal Ronnie Withers said a fire Saturday at Lometa Public School has been ruled “accidental,” and the damage is repairable.
A few hours after the school fire, however, a separate fire destroyed a house not far from the campus.
