FEMA offers funeral reimbursement for families affected by COVID-19

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has initiated its COVID-19 Funeral Assistance program for any family affected by the virus after Jan. 20, 2020. FEMA will begin accepting applications on April 12.

Any family that paid funeral expenses for a loved one whose cause of death was determined to be COVIDrelated could be eligible for a reimbursement.
