Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Joshua Levi Jackson of Kempner was sentenced to four years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for evading arrest/ detention with a vehicle or watercraft. He received three days’ credit toward the sentence and was not assessed any court costs.
