Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Dakota Brian Fralin of Lampasas entered a plea of guilty to a thirddegree felony charge of retaliation and obstruction, and the court assessed him five years’ deferred probation with a $750 fine. He also is to pay associated court costs of $325.
