Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Juan Rodriguez of Mineral Wells entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to six years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for driving while intoxicatedthird or more. He was credited for time already served.
