The Lampasas County Commissioners Court rescinded its plans to perform redistricting in the county in a uniamous vote Monday morning.
This action follows six weeks of deliberation over reshuffling the commissioners’ precincts and voting precincts to achieve a “oneperson, one vote” balance.
Time constraints were a primary consideration for retaining the current maps.
