    Municipal staff updated the Lampasas City Council on incoming business activity, the annual audit report and COVID-19 cases during a meeting Monday evening.

    City Manager Finley deGraffenried said the staff soon will be ready to include an item on the agenda about the construction of a Starbucks franchise within the city limits.
