KEMPNER’S BIRTHDAY
The city of Kempner will celebrate its 25 th birthday on Aug. 6 with a celebration from 1-3 p.m. at Kempner City Hall, 12288 U.S. Highway 190.
A brief history of the city will be provided by officials.
Light refreshments will be served.
