Rosa Theofanis has served as Travis County assistant district attorney for more than a decade. For the last nine years, she has been assigned to the appellate division, where she represents the state in appeals of convictions for felony and juvenile offenses in Travis County, as well as in appeals of civil suits affecting parental rights, original proceedings and post-conviction matters.
